2018 ANSAR Cabernet Sauvignon

The shining star in our Cabernet Sauvignon program, "ANSAR", is produced from our finest Cabernet lots sourced from exceptional vineyards, many of which sit at over 2000 feet of elevation. Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, created from three vineyards, with 83% from Sonoma, 17% from Napa and aged in 60% new French oak. Rich with classic Cabernet characters of cassis, blackberry, a hint of pencil shaving, and a dash of dried sage. This wine is impressive on all levels with unbelievable depth and a long finish. Drink well now through 2032.
